Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Campaigns: Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of paid social media campaigns on TikTok, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other emerging platforms.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, and engagement metrics.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad content, including video, images, and copy tailored for each platform.
  • Budget Management: Oversee campaign budgets, ensuring efficient spend allocation and maximum return on investment.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize analytics tools to track performance, generate insights, and create detailed reports to inform future strategies.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to identify the most effective ad creatives and audience segments.
  • Stay Current with Trends: Keep up with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure our campaigns remain cutting-edge.
  • Audience Targeting: Leverage advanced targeting techniques, including lookalike audiences, custom audiences, and demographic targeting, to reach the right users at the right time.
  • Client Communication: If applicable, present campaign results and insights to clients or internal stakeholders, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in paid social media advertising, specifically on TikTok, Meta, or similar platforms.
  • Proven track record of managing high-budget campaigns with a focus on performance marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box for unique campaign ideas.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (preferred but not required).
