Job Description

IKEA is seeking a motivated Sales and Supply Support Specialist who is ready to join our team and help take our customer service operations to the next level. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and problem solving skills, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to work in a team environment. Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service roles• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed
