Responsibilities:

Channel Setup: Create a professional and optimized YouTube channel, including branding, logos, and banners.

Content Strategy: Develop a content calendar and strategy tailored to the niche, including research on trending topics and competitors.

SEO Optimization: Create and optimize  video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails to drive views and engagement.

Content Upload: Handle uploading, scheduling, and managing videos to ensure consistent content delivery.

Audience Growth: Implement strategies to grow subscribers, increase views, and foster community engagement.

Analytics & Reporting: Track channel performance using YouTube Analytics and other tools, and provide regular reports with actionable insights.

Monetization: Develop and execute strategies to qualify for YouTube Partner Program and implement other monetization methods like sponsorships and affiliate marketing.

Collaboration: Work closely with me to align on vision, branding, and content direction.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing and monetizing YouTube channels with verifiable results.

Strong knowledge of YouTube algorithms, SEO best practices, and content trends.

Creative eye for content creation, thumbnails, and branding.

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.

Familiarity with video editing tools (preferred but not required).

Knowledge of alternative monetization strategies, such as merchandise or Patreon (a plus).

Deliverables:

Fully optimized and branded channel ready for content uploads.

Actionable strategy to grow subscribers and views within the first 3-6 months.

Roadmap to achieving YouTube monetization and additional revenue streams.
