Duties

  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  • Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage offerings.
  • Take accurate orders and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks.
  • Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
  • Maintain cleanliness of tables, utensils, and dining areas by bussing tables and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring all health and safety standards are met.
  • Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
  • Foster positive guest relations by addressing any concerns or special requests promptly.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
