Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in growth marketing with a strong focus on paid social channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Proven track record of managing successful paid social campaigns with significant budgets.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other social media analytics platforms.
  • Excellent understanding of audience targeting, creative optimization, and conversion tracking.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex data insights clearly.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
  • Experience with SaaS or tech companies is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
