Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to a remote leadership team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Attend meetings with the EVP to document action items and follow up on outstanding items using Asana.
  • Collaborate with fellow Executive Assistants to streamline travel and meeting coordination.
  • Prepare presentations for Board Meetings and significant events featuring the EVP.
  • Serve as a key point of contact between the EVP and third-party teams focused on platform development and technology.
  • Maintain awareness of ongoing projects within Marketing, DHx, and Technology.
  • Assist with content accuracy checks and audience acquisition initiatives related to media projects.
  • Ensure effective communication within the team and facilitate quarterly meetings with direct reports.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as needed to support organizational goals.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading capabilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a talent for managing multiple priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, fostering positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is essential.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in an office setting, supporting multiple leaders and engaging with external parties.
