Job description: VetsEZ is seeking an enthusiastic Recruiting Coordinator (Remote Opportunity) to join our growing recruiting team. The role involves being the vital link that connects recruiters, hiring managers, staffing partners, and candidates to expedite the recruitment process. The coordinator will work collaboratively with the recruitment team to ensure that candidates and our staffing partners receive timely and relevant communication. A successful candidate would be a self-starter who takes initiatives and excels when given opportunities to work more autonomously.

The candidate must reside within the continental US.

Responsibilities:

  • Work effectively in a fast-paced remote work environment by managing time and effort across hiring projects.
  • Work closely with the staffing vendors to process candidate submissions and interview scheduling throughout the full lifecycle of the recruiting process.
  • Assist in publishing and managing job postings using our ATS, search sites, job boards, etc.
  • Assist in tracking metrics and compiling information for reports and weekly reviews.
  • Evaluate applications and take on sourcing initiatives when required.
  • Take initiative to complete unanticipated or ad hoc tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of recruiting or HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable, attention to detail with a keen sense of priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to navigate recruitment and sourcing tools (e.g., ATS, Job boards, LinkedIn, Boolean search strings, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and effective listening skills.
