Receptionist Part-Time Position at MARC Radio Dallas KGGR-AM/FM

Job Summary:

MARC Radio Dallas seeks a part-time receptionist to support our Black Gospel & Teaching Station in North Texas. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and assist them in a courteous and timely manner.
Deliver on-air giveaways to winners who collect their prizes in person.
Maintain a list of giveaways.
Answer and direct phone calls.
Collect payments and scan checks.
Ensure the reception area remains clean and organized.
Support station staff with administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Assist with planning and executing station events, including open houses and community outreach initiatives.
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including creating sales presentations and preparing client materials.
Perform other duties as assigned.
