Responsibilities: 

1. Engage with customers in real-time through online chat platforms to address their needs and concerns. 2. Provide accurate and timely information on a variety of banking products and services. 3. Assist customers with online transactions, account inquiries, and technical issues. 4. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers. 5. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service standards at all times. 6. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution. 7. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and troubleshoot technical issues. 8. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate. 9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to online banking.

Requirements: 

1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or related role. 2. Driven and passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Critical thinking skills to analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in using online chat platforms and basic computer skills. 7. Knowledge of banking products and services is a plus. 8. Must be authorized to work in the UK.
