Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide and mentor other designers with your Unreal Engine expertise, helping them elevate their technical skills.
  • Promote best practices to enhance the technical rigor of the design team.

  • Build robust and maintainable content and features in Unreal Engine/Blueprint.
  • Write detailed design specifications, collaborate with stakeholders, and make data-driven adjustments.

What You Bring:

  • Deep expertise in Unreal Engine, particularly in Blueprint, UMG, Animation Blueprint, and gameplay systems.
  • A strong foundation in 3D math fundamentals.
  • Proficiency in C++ programming.
  • 2+ years in a technical design role with a proven track record.
  • Experience shipping at least one title using Unreal Engine.
  • A background in multiplayer game development.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • A passion for designing, building, and delivering exceptional video games.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with Python, C#, and/or Lua.
  • Artistic skills, including the ability to model, rig, and animate simple placeholder assets for early gameplay prototyping.
