About the Role:

Own SDR success through data, coaching, and championing excellence.

Partner with Sales Leadership, SDR Managers, and Marketing to drive pipeline growth and SDR career development.

Champion the adoption of key tools and methodologies like Hot Seats, SalesNav, SalesLoft, and Champion cadences and outreach messaging.

What You'll Do:

Continue building upon our winning onboarding programs with a focus on cold-calling skills and product testing.

Analyze KPIs to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven enablement strategies.

Partner with enablement ops teams to centralize the "SDR Team Hub" for training materials, best practices, and knowledge sharing.

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of Sales or Enablement experience, preferably in tech.

Deep understanding of the SDR sales cycle and challenges.

Data enthusiast with strong analytical and communication skills.

Skilled coach and facilitator with a passion for building high-performing teams.

Experience developing and implementing enablement programs.

Relevant certification or knowledge. (Bonus points for Salesloft and marketing experience)
