Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of CRM projects.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Ensure the CRM system supports the company's business objectives.

  • Develop and implement best practices for CRM project management.
  • Ensure data integrity and security within the CRM system.
  • Facilitate communication between project team members.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project.

  • Stay up to date with the latest CRM technologies and trends.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve CRM processes.



Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a CRM Project Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of CRM software and project management methodologies.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
