Certified Nurse Midwife Part-Time Superior/Lafayette

About This Role
As a Certified Nurse Midwife in OBGYN, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.
- This position includes a $5,000.00 sign-on bonus
- You will practice at our Superior & Lafayette Clinics as well as Good Samaritan Hospital in Lafayette, Colorado
- Your hours will be on a full-time basis covering midwifery services Monday through Friday, between 8am-5pm (0.50 FTE = 0 Hours / Week)
- This is a full scope midwifery practice to include one 24Hr on-call shift / week
- Minimum of 1 Year of Experience

What You’ll Bring
- Graduate of accredited midwifery program.
- Current RN license, current certification as an Advanced Practice Nurse in Midwifery.
- BLS or ACLS upon hire or within 60 days of hire.
