Key Responsibilities:

  • Customers can use their mobile phones to shop for items in the store while the assistance prepares their orders.
  • Guarantee the precision and excellence of every order before dispatch.
  • Employ technology, including computers, smartphones, barcode scanners, and apps, to streamline the order management process.
  • Utilize the in-app messaging feature to keep customers informed about their order statuses and delivery times.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your mobile device to browse and purchase items available in-store.
  • Get ready for doorstep delivery of groceries by ensuring your grocery list is complete and adding any forgotten items.
